Not sure why they aren’t terminating furloughed employees- It’s definitely not because they care about their employees because they DO NOT . They have not communicated to furloughed employees ... Something is not kosher.

Sell something and if you are lucky you can get 25 , 50 , 75 , or maybe 100% of pay .

they cut my hours to zero but wouldnt just fire me,

Healthcare. Once they terminate those employees lose Cobra and the healthcare prices go up for current employees. I’m sure there are other reasons that all involve costing mason money.
