Does anyone know anything about the risks of taking VERP? At first it seems to me that I would accept it if they would eventually give me that opportunity, but I am considering the possible risks. I’m sure it’s more in favor of Juniper than it would be for the employees, but...

You can obviously take a job somewhere else after taking VERP. I know folks from Cisco did that. Took the huge package from Cisco and immediately joined someplace else i.e. double dipped.
So with a VERP, is there a clause that you can never be hired back at Juniper?
They can't prohibit you from taking up a job right away somewhere else I guess..
Would be good to get an idea of all the clauses involved.
