Has anyone else received a solicitation on LinkedIn from an investigator for a law firm that is suing ExxonMobil? I’m trying to figure out if this guy is casting a wide net, or if they are specifically targeting me.

“Oil company? I’ve been wanting a piece of them for years”.
A little research of this firm shows and existing class-action against ExxonMobil.
Coming on the docket shortly.
This one is a Securities Fraud claim regarding overstating Permian Basin prospects.

That would seem to put all shareholders in the class, though.
Or they have another class action in the works.
That’s the one. Thank you for the succinct answer.

DO IT THIS WILL DEFINITELY WORK AND NOT BE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Seriousness - wide net
THEY ARE TARGETING YOU
I would suspect the 'wide net.'
Kinda like with seismic tests and such.
Prospecting.
Definitely some crude to be found.
If you have a gripe, it wouldn't hurt to talk Voip.
Not in Linkedland.
