It seems to me that nepotism has taken off more than ever in this company. This is certainly one of the major factors that undermine this company’s reputation.
Because of this the best people can no longer express themselves at all. In fact, there aren’t many of the best people left here, which is quite understandable. Perhaps the best way to deal with nepotism is to leave?

No, definitely don’t leave! Document... Document anything going on. If unethical file a complaint. We deal with it in all departments and it’s sick! But don’t quit! Don’t let them win!!
