Is it only me who think the same, why hire a full time wfh ci? ci no need onsite to physically assess and help in improvement ? dq is a unique company, very high tech to do this:;

Every day hide at home and ci. Best job in the world. But zero improvements to dqap.
Nv see him come to office at all. Might as well use Google and YouTube tutorial to do dqap ci. Free and no need to waste money

dqap ci is the best talker. senior lean manager that paper talk only, have been wfh since march 2020. No need to be physically on site to work on improvement.
