Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

How is this happening?

I noticed the CEO's review numbers on glassdoor have gone up. The situation at the UP hasn't gotten any better. The UP is a cesspool, not one employee left has anything nice to say, and somehow he's doing better?

The same way the hedge funds didn't go bankrupt in the recent GameStop debacle. He who has the biggest bank account makes the rules. Welcome to AMERICA!!!!

UP has always filled out fake reviews. Some of them are obvious. This used to be cancelled out by the continuous flood of new negative reviews coming in. However, a lot of people have either quit or been laid off and have already said what they have to say. Everybody knows the stink hole that UP is and has been worst company 2 years in a row. I think there will be less legitimate reviews coming to that site for UP because they’re not really hiring a lot of new people, and the ones left at UP know the deal. So eventually his rating will keep on coming back up with the fake reviews and lack of new legitimate ones.

You can google "manipulating Glassdoor reviews" and find about 2 dozen news articles about companies being cought doing just that. Not to mention everytime one of their BS "Feelgood" articles comes out theres never a shortage of kiss asses slithering out of whatever useless department theyre hiding in trying to climb the ladder. Use the company phone roster sometime to look some of those poster names up and wonder how submarine screen door manager #23 still has a job while the actual workers are in the streets.
