I see lot of Ex-GE employees move to Exterrain, Honeywell, Walmart, etc. It is the buddy system as no person in the right mind will hire GE born bred people. So, which company is next in line to get screwed by these people???

I warned two GE folks that Exterran wasn’t what they thought it was and that the X-GE folks pulling people from GE didn’t know as well, but thought they could get GE folks over to fix for them. All they had to say was that they were getting mega paid, that Exterran has the best people, and I already do the same thing at GE. This is a slam dunk!
It took less than a year and Exterran had chewed them up and spat them out, just like I said. Should have listened but that’s what you get when you put aside your logic and reason and realize that your upbringing couldn’t teach you accountability, because you’d still have that job if you had any.
What can I say, one of them came running back and now is stuck because now it’s owed that they brought them back on. Never will get out of that slump now.
