So you want to hold me accountable for your c-appy equipment that has so many known issues and you wanted to blow off all these customers but now want to hold me accountable for the VOC score ? Ok no problem no more telling these customers call fcc or bpu here’s dexters email here’s pragashs email tell them your pain . Why does it always have to be a dig at the tech. We escalate things we try to tell the company as to what’s working and what’s not and you still just keep the sh!t train coming . Cmon already
