Beware of your stock options awards. UHG is now enforcing them–in federal court!!! One of its employees they RIFed in 2019 went to work for a competitor one year later. UHG has cancelled all of his future options and sued him in federal court in OH.

Do not care at all about executives and whatever is going on there. Screw them all. Hope they didn't get squat.
The executives that get options have a non compete clause. They are well compensated not to compete.

The elites have a problem. they may not get their stock option nonsense. so as the employees are deciding if b/w electrical bill and their kids' medicines, these pos elitists are deciding if they can get another luxury car....when will the employees wake up to their horrible fate? we're all being used and abused by this putrid US and NO ONE gives a rip as long as there;s a buck to be had.....even if that buck if made off of the sick and the infirm. Talk about an empty, vapid, and soulless "culture"
Those stock option gimmicks are for the execs and c suites not employee level. we just get empty promises and work hard yammer
This only applies to senior leadership roles. The average employees certainly does not get stock options. Also when their employment ends so do the stock options that are stated in the employment contract. Worthless post here.
Were they sued over getting a new job after being rif'd or were they sued only over the stock options?
