Is there anything good left to say about this place? Because it looks to me like they've managed to destroy any residual amount of goodwill they might have had with the employees in the past several months. Those on top should be ashamed of the way they treat their employees. This was once a good company and a good place to work for. Now everybody is looking for a way out. Shame on them for allowing it to come to this.

It's about having a fire in the belly. We all need to work hard, and be very loyal and dedicated. Believe in the corporate slogans and wall posters. We need to get those paper certificates that say team mate #1, or best worker award etc....it really shows how much they truly care about the employees. Get that fire in the belly and work hard to climb up that ladder someday.
A for profit company deals with profits. So long the company continues to have employees work and create profits so will the company. When you have a mass strike, then management will listen.
You want change. Unionize. Otherwise unless there is a mass walkout, there are plenty of folks willing to take the abuse for a job. That is what they count on.
The problem is no one wants to risk walk out unless there are enough people. And that is hard to do at home.
For some folks, they got it easy. For some, they are working hard everyday.
To avoid the abuse you have stay low profile so they go after someone else. I do not email or give advice. I do as i am told. If they say the earth is flat. The earth is flat. Survive until covid is over. Then leave.
There was never anything "good" about the place. Really. You're makingmoney/profiteering off of the sick and infirm....how is that ethical, moral? It's vile capitalism. That's the us empire. Hustling, huckstering- sickos.
