Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Disappearing posts

Interesting, I saw a post at lunch about Baker people voting for Biden and now when I went to comment it is gone.

If it is true HR is giving negatitive feed back on past employees to prospective new employeers, this is illegial. Find a good lawyer and sue them. You may not have to worry about working again.

That really is lower than a snakes belly in a wagon rut. Not only are they destroying peoples careers, they are wrecking their post employment lives. They should plain deny any references to ex-employees rather than trash talk them to a future employer. Have they no conscience, morality or ethics of any kind? Sure as hell have no shame.

I ran a dummy job through and applied for it. My buddy spoke to HR and last boss. Some SPBs and HR are giving negative information about laid off individuals to other company hiring managers. What’s the matter. For all intensive purposes you won. Now let these people move on.

If the post is political, it gets deleted. It's against the site's rules, as are plenty of other things that also (thankfully) get deleted. You must be new to the site if you just noticed this.
