Why is there so many external hiring job posts for BP? Do they not have enough talent being laid off to fill some of those positions?

Really WTF up with that?
The existing staff being let go are starting to demand benefits like toothpaste and toothbrushes. Soon it is feared that they will take the next bold step by flossing.
Newer people are willing to work without molars in their heads. The increase in suction to the management should be incredible.
Same old story. No one is a good fit once hired and offers an opinion on how to do something better.
After the massive layoff now they have advertised for OIM role for North Sea!!
