Stay til the end, it will be what it will be, then you can take time with pay while investigating the next best option for you and your family in your next working phase in life. GE can survive without you and you can survive without GE as well like everyone else in the USA workforce. Best Wishes
Don't translate results to job security.. in fact as we speak and as part of Gas Power 2.0 reorganization many are laid off.

Why do people keep saying get out while the gettin's good. This is very bad time to leave. If you think cuts are coming wait around and get a severance package and be eligible for unemployment. Don't take advice from this site people just want to have you leave so they have better chance of staying.
Smoke and mirrors is what is in the GE playbook to get the stocks up again. But my job is safe and they are going to call back and hire more employees. The T does not stand for a temp employee anymore. The T stands for tremendous employee unlike the D in devious rate.
smoke and mirrors. no revenue, no realization of orders. all they have done is straightened out the cash position for now. continued growth and proper use of cash is well out in the horizon. still should be a $5 / share stock
I’m staying my job is not going anywhere at all. 273 is stable in job security! The vibe of not knowing about my job in the future is put to rest.

Don't forget that the Bean Counters have GE's destiny at their fingertips, just a key stroke away from The Good, The Bad or The Ugly.
It amazes me how they always have the definitive "BUT" inserted to make it Appear as though all is well in the near fiture, then at the next Numbers Crunching Expose', the "But" ends up biting them in Theirs !
So don't start putting all of your chips into the GE pot.
