Pretty much the entire North American IT department was let go today. Last day on payroll is February 5th.

Why you ask? Because employees in India are dirt cheap. What they don’t care about is loyalty and quality. Greedy executives out to fatten their wallets.

We're people told they were employed until July 31st? That's obviously not true.
Hold on to your hats people - they'll be gusts of wind (downsizing) happening throughout the company very soon. This to appease the investors and the sooner the cuts happen the more the company saves.
To think - people were honest?
Why?
