It is funny I have posted about this 2 times and somehow it keeps being taken off, does Corp. Not want people to know how employees in macon are treated? Or the fact you have some that can get away with c-ap like being out more then they work. Or the fact management remind us if the first managers 14 years ago the only difference is it is everyone that's being talk down to.

Well just this week additional employees are leaving because of the work environment. If things keep going Bass Pro will have no one except new people that hasn’t figured them out. It’s sad! Corporate doesn’t care or just don’t have time to deal with it.
Some people know how to work the system here at BPS. As they know how many days they can miss before they get fired, after they have been wrote up and the verbal. I'd I was late or called out as much as some of these people I would have been gone. And this point c-ap is just that as some get points added and then you have thoses that don't get points added to there name. Makes you wonder who is getting there a– kissed.
They certainly don't care about the employee morale much. The company is a farce.
If they are taken it off it is because they don't want the truth out how this company works and how we k–l our sales for the company and for what? Them to get a BIG paycheck at the end of the year and for the owner to become richer, we have family's also we have to feed and pay bills. I feel what it is boiling down to they want only part time workers in there store.
If Corp cared about the employees they would do some investigating. They should visit the store without notice and talk to employees themselves. As for the HR as long as she can get away with laying out of work, and being late she will continue. Employees don’t go to her with anything because she’s not approachable. Rude, thinks she’s above everyone, and doesn’t care about the employees. No one can do anything except upper management. Maybe anonymous calls to Corp would help. Talking to other employees in the building will not help. I have been with this company for a while and it isn’t what I was lead to believe it would be. Telling employees they are maxed out with pay isn’t going to keep hard workers. Why stay? We have bills, rent and to put food on the table just as others. It’s sad that we as employees aren’t taken care of.
