Millions of dollars were paid to very highly intelligent- associate caring executives and they will not allow for another soul to be laid off. Trust the office of the CEO to take care of the employees.

Mark, Brian and Neil sure get a kick out of this forum on the occasional times they appear on a show together. They even commiserate about Eddie's bizarre insanity and this forum during commercial breaks, before proceeding to trash him on the air. It's funny to watch. They also don't forget to laugh at the Cramer Show for recommending Eddie at $140 a share.
If you think about it, all those free COVID testing and vaccine tents that are renting Kmart and Sears parking lots that are giving away free tests probably have better EBITDA than Eddie's Sears.
And per the post below.... Don't forget to turn off the waterfall and the escalator at HE before leaving.
No more layoffs will apply ONLY after the last light is turned off in Hoffman and the last remaining store and the last remaining employee walks out the door for the last time.....and that day is drawing ever so nearer.
It's clear that at this stage in the game TransformCo is basically the world's sh–tiest REIT that makes Seritage look like a work of genius. Eddie is about as good at real estate as he is at retail.
Whatever happened to Leena? Is she is still working on giving her best to the company?
BINGO!!!! Last post is correct.
Almost every time when they said 'no more layoffs', the next layoff was right around the corner.
is a termination a layoff?
Many years too late
Oh please...restructuring is coming after the new fiscal year starts, February 1st...it’s already been discussed on a store managers conference call 2 weeks ago.
Wait a minute, Leena sent an email?
At last, my future is secure now that I know there will be no more lay offs. Of course, I guess that there could be more layoffs. I wonder what the difference is?
