Besides the new equipment being garbage compared to legacy...
Let scramble to split nodes now, meanwhile at least 30% or more of these nodes are padded already to max transmit so customers don't loose service. They split and combine at head end with other nodes, smh good luck chasing noise on plant.
Meanwhile contractors are putting amps in the customers home to bring transmit down and not drop cert. Leaving customers still bleeding noise into system and then questioning why plant isn't functioning properly...
Apparently they follow there leadership seeing that altice give 2 sh–s about coax so they follow same mentality
I guess why not

Unionize! What’s wrong w everyone? Do it already . The proof is there. It helped when it came to layoffs . 1% or 2 % tax deductible dues What a joke . You’ll make that up w better raises over the years . Get some control over these hacks . May not be the answer but it will help.

You worry a great deal about things of which you have no control.

The fiscal results durring the 2nd quarter
The quality of the equipment purchased
Legal charges which may be upcoming
Directives given to the head end
Quality of the contractors being hired

Now that I have spelled it out for you, just look there isn't one thing you have any authority to change and the management isn't going to change these things either. You can only change your situation. Take charge of yourself. Find a new path for your life. This ship has sailed, its up to you to ride it out to the end or bail

I'd be worried because customers hate us already. No customers no pay check. This place is unstable enough, wait until we are down another 100k by 2nd quarter this year. Not to mention many legal charges from all the municipalities joining together. That's what worries me.
