District Manager wants to know why the morale is so low in our area. Of course the answer is to cut hours and find someone to blame it on.
I'm too scared to say that my team is doing awesome but having to scold them every five minutes about ESP, donation bags, and rewards sign-ups is in my opinion making them rebellious and then I have to put the responsibility on my managers and myself which then starts a viscous circle of balancing coaching and selling, already had several people quit.
And the only advice I get is to start writing people up that aren't doing their jobs.
I love my job.
