Only thing Halliburton is good at is exploiting their workers.
That’s the normal way of thing’s, get any backlogs cleared, then pay offs . Not so messy that way .
Why is the base salary of JM $9million? Compare that to Exxon or SLB!!!

Remember, you are just a body to throw into the covid fire. Company does not care about you. Do you think management cares about you or the bottom line of the company in order to get their bonus?
Seems halliburton arbroath is above the law. Risking lives with covid working on orders not due. Using furlough like they invented it not using it what it is meant for. I. E no work stay at home management is a joke will come back to haunt them.
The guys who volunteered should be reported to the authorities. As well as illegal it is ethically wrong shame on them.
I am an employment lawyer, and I am sorry to say your company will be defrauding the government,but I would expect nothing less from halliburton. They don't have a good world wide reputation for following the rules.
