39 cars on the ground , dbl main closed for at least 24 hrs. Morale is so bad not even the trains give a f#$% anymore

PSR to blame the weak management to blame more to come in the next few days
They will just plow train after train into it tell they get a big enough explosion to propel the remaining product to some customer somewhere.
