I don’t know if it’s just my area of the business but I’ve been seeing an unusual amount of turnover within the last 9 months. I do not understand what is going on. It’s daunting to realize there are many who would leave - especially during a surging pandemic. Is the company really that bad that employees would rather leave then stick it out until the economy bounces back from Covid?
