It doesn't matter who's in time out. I guess i'm in timeout because i'm actually making reference toward holding HR accountable. Wait HR is never accountable unless its an investigation or legal involved. So, if those two functions work, then why have HR. Save us some money and replace with AI. Wait your telling me its a skill to onboard people. I could bet your job outsourced to an american Co down the road for pennies on the dollar, They would take care of payroll, insurance, benefits, educations, evaluations, and the list goes on.
If application engineers can be let go in waves, then HR can grab a surf board too!
