Word is Doug Merritt is going to get terminated as CEO along with the CTO Tim Tully and the SVP of Cloud who is the CPO Sendhur Sellakumar. These people have are greatly incompetent and no nothing about running a cloud business.

They're criminals lying to shareholder about the success of their cloud business and should be imprisoned.
They need to go to prison too. Lying to and f$ing with shareholders money.

The CEO has no clue what he's doing the execs under him are inexperienced and incompetent too. There is no way splunk can turn their business around it's doomed to fail. On prem hosting is a disaster.
Many employees laid off were high performing and were let go on a whim after being there for a year or less. But keep in mind a lot of it was retribution for being high performers ain't it pervetted?
No good. I just left my current employer about a year and half ago to come here, as they were experiencing similar issues. They tried to get me In trouble for being friendly with an employee. Splunk is better.
