I see so much hate for the company here and it saddens me. Hy-Vee is not perfect, but it's not as bad as some people make it seem to be. I enjoy what I do and I like (most of) the team I work with. Customers are a pain but that’s the price of being in retail. Other than that, it's like any other company out there. I just think that those people who are rushing to leave will realize that the grass is the exactly same shade of green as it is here.

I think it really depends on what store you're at. I know of places that are truly horrid because the attitude from above is getting passed on down...I believe they say sh– runs downhill.
