Experience is a detriment at MRO

The longer you've been here the higher the chance of you being given your walking papers. Instead of trying its best to keep people who have the experience and knowhow - not to mention priceless knowledge - MRO is looking for ways to get rid of us any way it can. That's a c-appy way to treat some of the most loyal and best employees, but I guess that's where we are now.

I can only share my perspective on the engineering side, but I've seen more coasting from the "experienced" staff here than anywhere else I've worked. They show little interesting in working hard or mentoring or really doing much at all. They have their pet projects for sure but leave the heavy lifting and hard conversations to the younger staff.

They don’t respect experience or confidence. Very insecure and second string exec team.

I learned the hard way, that there is no such thing...that exists...which is sad to say across the the board but their is no longer a Company that takes care of their employees like they use too...
therefore their is no longer a loyalty!!!!!!!!
