I see the wizards from ORCL are bringing the likes of GBP and DM to turn Google Cloud into a process laden nightmare. Best of luck, those divisions will force various matrices and approval processes to a level you haven't imagined. Whatever customer focus you had, is no longer, it's the same group that's been destroying ORCL for years. Maybe this time they will get it right? Hahaha. Right....

I'm here checking out the posts. Got a call from a google cloud recruiter, I'm a leader and work for Cisco currently. Your recruiters are looking to bring in outsiders. I worked for Oracle....worst experience and business management practices. Thanks for the post!

The era of TK @ Oracle was the worst. Sad, bad, and mad devs and sorry and pitiful business and sales leadership. I see some of these people here at GCP. I know people can change for the better but I’m concerned if they can avoid the process, politics, and bureaucracy overhead that crippled (sn)Oracle.
Just look at linkedin, many Oracle hires in those roles. Can't be a good directional sign for Cloud.
