It is called a revolving door my friend and every man dog child woman for themselves, while the director and Vp make crazy statements trying to make marketing as on the website

Don’t worry about it, it’s not part of some great master plan, or part of some great strategy thought out in detail at Weatherford hq.
Basically it’s just the ongoing gang f..k and total disorganization that Weatherford management and powers at be have become a byword for.
Nobody cares anymore and the “Every man for himself” attitude that has always pervaded management has now filtered down to the boots on the ground.
Everyone is just going through the motions, waiting for the inevitable implosion.
