LU on every holiday.
Just finally got my fmla approved, what a huge pita! My advice is to get it before you need it because if you wait until you do you’ll be in trouble with attendance and they’ll want to fire you no matter your history. Now that I have it though I’m working. I’m so broke from United healthcare not covering things that I need the money!
FL for everyone!
At my work location lots of guys are getting on the FL bandwagon mostly for legitimate stress. I don’t need it but I get it. The way the company has abused their attendance policy it’s the least we can do for them to return the the love. The government passed this legislation for working people who couldn’t get a day off of work due to corporate greed so enjoy your fmla protection and enjoy life.
