Here is a recommendation. Tell Paul not to lie to his employees. He told us several times in the town hall meetings, there would be no layoffs, and RJ had plenty of cash in the bank. We believed him and that he was taking care of us, the RJ family. We trusted him. He lied to us.
I agree with the comment below. Would like to see Paul feel some real pain.
The change I would like to see is Paul, Bella, Vin and Andy Z getting a vote of no confidence, lose their jobs, and get to file for unemployment and be turned down.
Not sure how changes implemented in 2021 would affect us since we were laid off and no longer working at RJ. This is the wrong forum for this question.
