Leadership programs baaaybeee! That is where you learn how to take credit for someone else's work. You work hard while the LP gets to travel to places like Budapest and gets fast tracked to SPB.
They earned the award! Some still have a job right? Many t rates will be let go in a couple months the CA agreement didn’t work it made quality worse and waist go up.
