UK Salary Scale

Not sure if anyone can help but I wonder what is the typical salary expectations for UK (grades G-I)? Little information is available internally and it seems to be a bad time to negotiate, but would be handy to know! Many thanks

Work comes cheap at BP much better off at another major if you can still do oil projects.

They don’t want to reveal this information because the management does not want the employees to be able to buy toothpaste and brush their teeth. BP employees will remain EU Hillbillies in spite of Brexit.

You have the right to ask your LM what's the range of your current level.
If you go one grade up I assume you will be given the minimum, nothing to negotiate really.

Reservoir engineers come at a 40% discount now days so I would not go asking for a raise.

I am also quite interested to find out about the commercial roles in UK? How does it work for 'global location agnostic roles'?

Thanks for the reply, i'm also following this one with quite some interest. I think it would be helpful to state what type of role this would be. For example, in my case, as a Reservoir Engineer:

I: 49k
J: 45k

I would be curious to hear ballpark figures for other parts of the company, e.g: Project Engineers, Commercial roles etc. etc.
