It sounds like trucks have not shipped to the HTS for a few weeks. It seems like this happened before, say, around October of 2018!

They're closing because Sears can't get them inventory. There's really no other reason.
Why? Because they are closing. Other unanswered questions......why is Water wet? Why is Sky blue?
Most Kmarts haven't gotten merchandise in months, just look at recent youtube videos. Even bankrupt companies have a better selection of goods to sell than Kmart or Sears.
My store has been getting regular inventory as well, perhaps his store is the issue.
The reason all of the companies Eddie owns are suing them is so he can pretend like they're independent so the conflict of interest won't get him put in jail. Every opposing party knows this is a complete sham. He can remove the Board of Directors who disagree with him whenever he wants, just like he did with Sears Hometown. It's not like Sears Holdings even has employees. Biden's incoming DOJ is going to go after him hard, and AOC is said to raring to go over it.
Good question. I know a few in the Northeast were closed down because I saw all the shelving and forklifts for sale on the local Craigslist boards.
A question. Does Sears and Kmart still have warehouses and where are there locations ?
Lots of stuff rolling in that hasn't had SKUs prior has historically been a prelude to store liquidation, back when we were still paying liquidators. Forever 21s have been closing down, so it's probably liquidator stock Eddie has shares in a liquidator concern, so it's bizarre that Eddie's busy with lawsuits against them, but he's had a long history of petty lawsuits as a form of harassment the last couple of years, because even the lawyers and restructuring firms that used to work for him are suing him at this point because they aren't getting paid, and of course good old Sears Holdings, which he owns, is suing him too. There are theories that he's trying to funnel money into things that are legally shielded from divorce proceedings.
Our so cal kmart store has been getting trucks daily! Sometimes 2 a day. It's all name brand stuff we've never carried before. Calvin Klein underwear and forever 21 shoes just to name a few. We keep thinking we are next on the list to close, but stuff keeps rolling in. At least we have plenty of space to put it.
Sears and Kmart's computer system was hacked, and logistics and HR have basically been crippled.
