Mason has lost more business than they will admit. You cant constantly lie to customers regarding deliveries, price increases, etc .

They also have lost , which could be more important in the long run, the key thing that set WB apart from the rest: The " boots on the street". No more WB coming to town in a blitzkrieg, etc. WB is becoming a poorly run Amazon, and still cant realize that.

Fraud .

You sell something and you wait until
the following month to see payment. What they do, before commissions are paid out for those sales, is tell you they must make changes to Commission plan (usually negative changes ). But what they don’t tell you Is that they change the payouts on the sales you made the previous month even though you made the sales in the past.

It doesn’t matter. Once furlough becomes a lay-off then The class action follows

Mason is going to work this Quill model until Staples buys them. Staples will give them way above what they’re actually worth right before they go public again.

The real winners in all of this are the independent dealers that refused to sell.

No one is being asked back—-that was a load of c-ap fed to the employees . Another lie put out by Mgt.
I feel bad for those who still believe that Mason will be calling , any day now. Worse for those who’s careers ended after many years, with a phone call. No opportunity to go out on your own terms , to say “ goodbye “ to friends and colleagues etc..

At one time , ild have recommended Mason to all—- now its “ stay away”.

Accounts were turned over to reps that were not furloughed. That doesn’t sound promising
