Anyone know if nordstrom is enforcing the attendance policy ? We have had covid cases everyday since Nov at the supply chain. I missed a couple days wasn't feeling well they have posters all over the DC saying stay home if sick or if you feel uncomfortable with the pandemic. Any managers with info? I havent been talked too and no PDD write up yet

Yes. Failure to comply and they give 1 warning.
Yes of course. U need to communicate with your manager if u need to call in. Maybe u have a laid back manager or maybe they think ur no longer interested in the position after being absent for many days without calling them.
