Pembina culture is full of corruption and favoritism

Pembina must replace most of the upper management for new and fresh people with new ideas and strong values. What is the point of having many managers and supervisors who supervise one person or supervise nobody at all. There are layers and layers of managers and supervisors but few people who really do the real work.

I am sure there are more people reading this. But there actually needs to be a complete replacement of the entire executive leadership team, mandated by the board. They all need to get off their high horse and realize they are no better than anyone else. The company ran a lot better when the previous CEO held the reins. He never appeared better, he was humble and thankful for every employee and treated them as such.

  • Senior Management needs to be changed that is for sure.
  • Hiring practices must be changed - hire by skills not by who you know
  • If the person is staying late it is not the indication that his/her work is productive. In fact it is not."
