Unionized front line workers entering customer homes didn't get anything
The good folks at Enbridge have succeeded in their goal of creating a harsh working environment where bullying behaviour is recognized and rewarded. I guess that’s OK if it’s the best you can do.

Not all got the cash.
So after a $4000 loss in the 3% pay cut figuring it all in.

It would be foolish to make a life-changing step on the basis of $4500. Even more foolish to let $500 change your decision making, Good heavens - I've lost that in one night at my own poker table.
Simplistically extrapolated from your text, you probably can't go get compensated as well for similar work elsewhere. It may be possible, but probably not. One of the financial holes Enbridge dug for itself was around overcompensating employees for decades.

The union vs non-union divide being displayed on here is both sad and certainly by design. Let's talk about A.M. for starters. When you look at his total compensation for 2018- 2019 it was up 33% (to roughly $16.5 million). When pandemic 2020 hit he rammed a 3%-15% pay-cut to all non-union employees selling it to the masses by displaying his sacrifice of 15% of his salary. What they forgot to mention was his salary only accounts for 10% of his compensation meaning he "sacrificed" 1.5% of his 33% raise to said total from the year prior. May have had to forgo the gold encrusted toilet in his 5th bathroom i dear say. Now the dividend, when other companies are being criticized for cutting wages and not the dividend and the financial post puts a warning on our stock because ours is sized at 300% the market average, AM raises it 3%. That number sound familiar? With his dividend payout its likely far greater than the 1.5% "sacrifice". So I guess gold encrusted toilets he will have. Now back to fighting amongst yourselves. the board hasn't finished pillaging.

i applied at imperial but failed the medical. Any help i fell asleep during the test and woke up to fall asleep again..

i think its about time for a stress leave thinking 3 months then call in sick for a while when i come back. got gout, diabetes, hbp, im about 350 lbs at 5 ft 9 and i love to stir the pot cause i really am insecure about how i look. i mean rockets dont look t me so i settled for a heavy hitter who gave me a bundle of heavy joy

just woke up from my first of 8 naps today. Boat is winterized and now time to drive the ROW from east to home. Im really tired so i will pull over and nap many times today. I have sleep apnea and i struggle to stay awake. Fish and chips twice today already now hitting mickie d up for a bite.
Man im so excited for the holiday.. Its my first month with the company on the oil side and i love it.. I have always dreamed of working for Enbridge. I cant to retire with full pension and amazing benefits. Im still pinching myself because i have always dreamed of working for the best company in the world.. plus i can move up in the company in a year.
Who's taking the trailers in for the annual? I cant I will be on medical leave for 3 months soon. Plus I have an inspection far east for 10 days straight.. Can I use the truck?

You are quite misinformed.
The unions / field workers for enbridge continued to complete work as assigned by the company to continue the safe reliable systems the non-union staff "managed" safely from home / dockside / who knows where.
If the company decided for safety measures not too complete all work, good on the company for putting safety ahead of profit / productivity.
This as well as emergency response, which always leads to a who knows what of what the employee is being exposed to.

Yeah plus unionized employees ran home afraid and ate bon bons for most of the spring. They sat at home and did nothing for months while non unionized employees continued to pick up the slack. Unionized employees deserve nothing.
unionized employees received a 2% increase while non union received a 3% decrease, I'd say unionized employees are still about 4 grand ahead
That is right. Unionized employees did very little work this year and that is why they did not get a bonus. Most are lucky to be employed anywhere right now.
I guess unionized members didn't work hard. No bonus for us.
