What is the “US Prod Ops Organization” supposed to be? Hoe will all the newly-created teams in the new development arm be staffed?

No one will ever explain anything APC bro. Oxy is a horrible place to work. They give a whole bunch of plastic things, some money and worthless LTI. Chuck the plastic awards, save the money for when leaving this BS company and use the LTI money for a nice dinner. There are much better places to work.
I have never been in such a confusing organization that does not communicate change. With APC, anytime there was a change it was immediately communicated same day and org charts were updated online same day. SO WEIRD. All you HR people monitoring here: can you explain why this is impossible for Oxy???
Oxy is. They shouldn't have bought APC when they couldn't afford it.
So, the unhappiness on LOXY can be 100% traced back to Oxy leadership.
Who the hell is responsible for this unfair treatment of LOXY compared to LAPC?
May as well pause any reorg rollout until April when LAPC has their next vest. Many more will be OUT THA DOOR. Still good jobs out there for quality people. See Ya Foolz!!
GV needs to be there for VH’s moral support. Deep inside she freaks out about the job responsibilities due to her lack of experience. Thats why SC had to comeback, not that we really know what was the benefit, other than keeping Uncle Icahn happy. More LAPC continue to retire wealthy while we kept the younger Z gen as base. Did she say we were going to finish the year with 5 rigs? 🤣

RJ got a big promotion, JB is the domestic Sandy Lowe (some b—s— position that means nothing) and a bunch of the Sandy Lowe and GV types were gone.
