Tips to boost employee morale

Dear Enbridge, Thank you for getting rid of/demoting the problematic upper management who were constantly deriving pleasure by degrading employees and eroding our self worth. Justice was served. Does anyone have tips to repair the damage that was left behind?

  • Lay-off employees in one final blow so the employees left behind will be more engaged
  • Stop blocking people from accepting other positions in the company

How can morale be boosted among employees when much of middle and upper management are unethical and narcissistic

It wasn’t a hiring committee. I got promoted because of who I am related to.

Which in turn gets them noticed by a hiring committee, then promoted out of the union into a salaried redundant position where their laziness and stupidity can "lead" the masses. From there this stupid lazy employee can continue to comment negatively about the union.

Unionized workers are the ones still doing all the work in the field, while useless managers are at home.
There have been several managers caught going shopping and boating while "working from home"
Shows you just how much we need them.
This place has run just fine with all these "Managers" gone.
There are some good managers, but many of them would not be missed one bit.

Unionized employees did very little work this year and that is why they did not get a bonus. Most are lucky to be employed anywhere right now.

The workload was bearly completable prior to packages. Now it's starting to become a safety concern.

Thanks but no thanks, Al can keep his 500 bucks, I would like my 3% back. The money that was wasted this year in our area would certainly pay for the 3% wages. The field has been busting our hump during this whole pandemic while all the uppers sit at home and keep asking if all the work is done.Total slap in the face.
