Stehpenville VP and Manufacturing Manager are forcing everyone working from home to return to the office right at the beginning of the new year with barely any safety precautions in place. VP was heard saying that Covid isn’t a concern as they are all already exposed to it and if they don’t come back now, it’s only prolonging it... so do they not care about our health and concerns or is this a plot to get those who aren’t comfortable returning to the office to leave voluntarily to reduce headcount?

Every one in the front office including those working at home should have been let go first anyway. And no nobody cares if you get covid. Especially management.
