Well, at least he said in his latest email that Boeing is all behind Creepy Joe moving to the whitehouse this.

He was chairman of the board when They made this decision to go forward with the 737 max instead of a new airplane. it was one of the worst decisions this company has made.
The entire board needs to be replaced heard almost all of them we’re on the board 737 max development program was approved instead of a new airplane.
And in will come another profit first and only person.
IMO they need complete new leadership but also really need someone to buy them out. Was brief talk sometime back of someone like Buffet could do it but....
Most likely will never happen but, just a PR move for a clean slate would help since most of the public (and many of the employees) don’t trust the current “leadership” and uncertain future.
Actually he had two jobs.
- Get the MAX flying again
- Hatchett Man (layoffs)
This cycle repeats itself at EVERY company.
Company has a crisis (usually of their own doing)
Company fires CEO
Company hires new CEO to reorganize and "lean out" the company (save cash and the stockholders)
New CEO fires or demotes current executives and brings in his own cronies
New leadership cuts everything from benefits to headcount
New CEO "retires" and gets golden parachute for his "good work"
Happens EVERY SINGLE TIME
