Don't be discouraged. Do your best and contribute to how the process can be improved when fully transitioned to KLTC. You will get another role within EMCC if you add value to your assigned job duties now and focus on what you can control

At my site we PIP’d one over the summer and just laid off another one. ES are being written and facilitated by KL.

Get out of role asap.
I’d say best chance of survival is to champion moving your role to BTC and then move into a different role.
