Do family passes still work for the relatives of an employee who been permanently laid off?

Only if the passes are new for the current year. If the passes were issued in 2020 they will no longer be valid.

Yes family passes is like purchasing a yearly pass thats good until the end of the year but its given to you. As long as it was activated while the employee was currently employed. If they are separated from the company it doesn't effect the family passes.
