So it was nice to see the profit sharing and ESOP numbers but I would much rather have a job than these dollars. Wouldn't it have been better to forgo these and let 550 people work. Oh and lets not forget about all the big promotions this week in IT. I suspect some significant raises came with them. And for some icing on the cake I wonder how Paul, Bella, Vin and Andy think about all the major incidents this week in IT. Could some of it have been prevented if 550 people were still working and sharing the load. IT is stressed to the max and it is showing. Nice job Paul.

I hope Paul gets lots of late night and weekend calls from Vin and Bella having to explain all these outages. If you are still at RJ be very careful. Nobody cares about you except you. All that Vin, Bella, Andy care about is their stock options.
I spoke to an IT person yesterday, there were 3 major incidents in IT this week. Changes don't get approved until 3PM on the day they are to be installed. Micro managing to the max. Vin, Bell and Andy deserve all that they get. Hope Paul is happy
