This is nothing new. You agreed to your salary and deserve nothing more. Put on your big boy pants and grow up. If you don’t like it the door opens on the way out.
i would love to spend a month shadowing the executives to see what they really do. I have always wondered what type of decisions they have to make that rate million dollar plus compensation. Do they really come to conclusions/decisions that a "normal" person wouldn't? Are they really inspiring, visionary leaders that directly impact the companies success? What would happen if they took 6 months off, would anyone really notice. Same for the board of directors. I think they should have to quantify their successes outside of the stock price increasing.
