TD should pay out AIP this December given all the heartburn we've had to go through

Reply to the poster about Teradata providing bonus to stop the remaining from jumping ship. Anyone that is left doesn’t have a ship to jump to or they would have already jumped! Teradata shoved the talent out of the door and made sure they left it open for the mediocre to also leave.

Why would they pay out early, even if it were possible? An impending bonus function as a sort of golden handcuffs. Unless a job offer includes a sign-on to compensate for the lost bonus, staff would be incentivized to hang around.

It’s based on certified results, which won’t be available until February.

There will likely be an AIP payout this year as they need to keep some form of benefit to keep everyone else from jumping ship. Paying out in December would be a solid move to those who have stuck around.

Do you really think there is going to be an AIP payout this year? The company needs to get money from somewhere to pay the ELT. Given all we have been subjected to this year it wouldn’t surprise me if the Privilege of the AIP will be canceled!

With what money? Are we actually receiving AIP bonuses this year?

Sales people are paid every month . Not sure why AIP can not be paid once a year in a timely way in the month of Jan ?

Are all other companies also do the same ?
