Just feeling guilty or bad does not help. Do something about it.
Connect in LinkedIn with those that got laid off. Offer to make introductions if they want to connect with someone within your network.
That’s the least you can do.
Stay in touch with those who lost their jobs and encourage them not to lose hope. Don't ignore them and don't assume they will be fine. That's the least you can do.
