Fine with me considering how much they screw over the rank and file workers. Get the F out VPs who do nothing but find areas to cut and money to save. See ya.
Small business is being rehauled. Sales and AM workers likely to be impacted across the nation. Directors and VP who are highly compensated will no longer be needed.

One of the saddest things is that I read this and hope I'm on the list. Stupidly took a promotion job this year. Never been so miserable in my life. My health and family are suffering. And it's never enough. I'm finally saying enough is enough. If you value your sanity, don't look upward. Look within.
E&I has been underperforming with plenty changes and competition in that specific side of the business. Not surprising.
It's that merry time of year at UHC. Directors of AM and VP of Sales positions likely to be hit hard. Key Accounts has shrunk year after year.
Individual contributors with good recent peformance reviews are likely safe. If you had a suspect last review or an interim review, get your resume ready.
There is life after UHC, so be happy you could land in a better more employee friendly environment in the future.
Yes it’s happening. Meetings have been going on about this for sometime. If your manager or director says your job is safe he or she is lying. 29’s and 30’s will be hit hard. They are so blind they won’t even see it coming.
