We are looking for company men, those have been robbed of joy and that will carry out mindless and senseless duties with severe urgency. Seeking out highly unskilled individuals, preferably without people skills, to drive our initiative of existing without purpose or consensus, while promoting our apathetic journey to serve our lord and saviors of upper management and Todd Stevens. Our primary focus is to add value to those above us, to settle for mediocrity in some of the most god awful places in order to ensure that our lord and saviors can maintain their posh lifestyles far away from the misery.

It's funny you two don't get it. They say the moment of realization that wipes the smile of faces like yours is the greatest thing to savor. After all the results of bullying across this country, you two still demonstrate the ignorance that starts these things to begin with. Repeating the same thing and expecting a different result.

Priceless - and they say stupidity is nothing if not persistent.

One way or another? Not sure what the one way is so I vote for the other.

Does anyone else see the irony in oxy employees mocking what type of person works for oxy? Isn't that kind of mocking yourself?

I think its a generous description in terms of being tactful, given the polish it puts on the typical Oxy employee.
