This isn't a ship it's a canoe with a huge hole. Unless you want to continue paddling for dear life until it sinks, get out. I am shocked by how many people I hear are completely apathetic to the reality. This is not going to get better. It's already way too late recover. No pun intended. Take advantage of any training, bone up your skills and LOOK for something else! Next year they may not give any severance at all.
