Industry has been going down for years, sure, but you cannot deny the toxic environment at the workplace. When you see puppet managers propped up to lead areas they’re unfamiliar with you can’t help but notice the decay is within. Top leaders - at the VP level - can’t seem to see past the BS the functional leaders feed them.
The company’s top brass is solely interested in the “dashboards” and couldn’t care less about the REAL day to day issues threatening the company. The company is WAAAY too management heavy and the independent companies have been and will continue eating their lunch.
Mom and pops will continue to emerge and annihilate the company in the long run little by little.
If aberdeen office ever get another drilling contract mak sure you get a mgr who knows what he's doing not some useless mwdnumty thats a lesson learned

We were the first to say this is the way
Aberdeen office has been a shambles last 15-20 yrs. that was the problem with Baker One. people were put in positions they didn't know anything about so ended up losing contracts and f-up everything. thats why the Celle bit plant closed. the business was there but we just didn't get enough of it because of incompetence and not making an effort. but everything is covered up so who cares
do you ppl in aberdeen actually know what your doing? no surprise you lost all your work and offices closed. what a fracking shambles for your management clowns
